Temple Judea
Art Direction/Branding/Print/Digital/Packaging/Social Media
This 65-year-old synagogue with preschool and religious school was in critical need of a branding overhaul. Along with completing a multi million dollar rebuild of the campus, they also needed to build brand awareness and grow membership, After a complete redesign of their logo, secondary logos, I redesigned all of their style guides, print collateral, bi-monthly magazine, advertising, created a blossoming digital footprint, school brochures, a 100+ page website, and multiple digital newsletters. I developed and managed budgets for creative, marketing, web and social media teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with department heads and outside vendors (designers, developers, editors, photographers, copywriters, printers, etc.) to ensure that overall goals were met, branding was on point, and each initiative delivered a strong ROI. Major successes include cutting the inflated print budget by 55% while increasing the quality and volume of printed work, and implementing a digital design and social media strategy that saw huge gains. Post interactions were boosted by 250%, story interactions by 500%, and general content interactions by 400%. Instagram followers grew from 35 to 713, and Facebook Friends went from 668 to 2102 in the space of 6 months.
